Construction of five covered footbridges connecting Lee Garden phases and a walkway cover across Kai Chiu Road was gazetted in May 2023 to divert pedestrians from busy at-grade roads. The East Coast Boardwalk connecting Causeway Bay and Quarry Bay was fully completed, with its eastern section opened on 29 December 2025, creating a continuous 13 km promenade along Hong Kong Island's northern shore. The Revitalised Typhoon Shelter Precinct in Causeway Bay includes a new 317 m promenade near Victoria Park Road and harbour steps, originally expected to open in the latter half of 2022.

Office and Waterfront Developments

One Causeway Bay, a 24-storey Grade A waterfront office tower developed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, completed its structural topping out in July 2024 and will offer 500,000 sq. ft. of office space.
