A separate transitional housing project operated by Centre Stage Squarer on Leighton Road and Haven Street reached completion in December 2023, delivering 26 residential units for approximately 65 residents. The approved Causeway Bay Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H6/17 covers the 96.43-hectare area and sets statutory land use rules, including commercial zones along Gloucester Road and residential areas in Tai Hang.
