Stanley neighborhood projects advance through rezoning approvals and investment commitments

Magnetic Capital has committed $41 million to redevelop Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado, planning approximately 300 apartments, 50,000 square feet of retail, and a 150-room hotel on the south parking area.

Origins of Marketplace Site

Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, formerly a 140,000-square-foot aviation building, has been fully leased with over 50 vendors and serves as a mixed-use success story in the metro Denver area since 2016. This established operation provided the base for the later investment decision by Magnetic Capital.

Rezoning Path for Housing Project

The City of Stanley approved rezoning for a five-phase multi-family housing project on Carter Road, with Phase 1 comprising eight units scheduled to begin in Spring 2025 and subsequent phases projected through 2034. The approval marks the formal step after earlier planning for additional residential capacity in the area.

ONE STANLEY is an ultra-luxury coastal residential development in Stanley, Hong Kong, featuring 82 units including 11 layered apartments and 32 standalone houses with sea views. Stanley in Georgetown is a new community of 14 townhomes offering sustainable living near downtown, I-5, and Link light rail, with options for 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom-plus-den layouts.
