Hong Kong International School plans to open a new athletics and activity center on its Tai Tam campus in the 2025-26 school year that includes two gymnasiums, a 25-meter pool, rooftop tennis courts and studios for rock climbing and martial arts. Causeway Bay Sports Ground, which opened in May 1983 and covers 2.4 hectares next to the Hong Kong Central Library and Tin Hau MTR Station, supplies a 400m jogging track, 100m athletic track and grass pitch that schools can book. The SCAA-Jockey Club Stadium, rebuilt as a 1,000-seat covered venue with artificial turf, opened in 2021 and adds tennis courts plus a jogging track for football and rugby use.
